Cameron Forni
Cameron Forni is a prominent entrepreneur and innovator in the cannabis industry, best known for founding Select Oil in 2015. Under his leadership, Select Oil became the best-selling cannabis brand on the West Coast. In 2016, Select Oil merged with Cura Cannabis Solutions, where Forni served as President and Co-founder. He played a pivotal role in developing safer vaporization devices, which has set a new industry standard. In 2020, Cura was acquired by Curaleaf Holdings, making it one of the largest transactions in cannabis history. Following the acquisition, Forni became the President of Select at Curaleaf.

Todd A. Goergen is the Managing Partner of Ropart Asset Management Funds (RAM), specializing in investments in small to mid-sized companies across industries like technology, consumer products, and cannabis.
